The Bethel Women’s Program serves the Minnesota Department of Corrections for both work release and supervised release participants. It also serves as the Arrowhead Regional Corrections’ Female Offender Program.
Bethel Women’s Program provides not only services for work release women to transition back into the community but also support and programming specifically for women while staying connected with their families and jobs.
The Female Offender Program serves St. Louis County-referred women through Arrowhead Regional Corrections and the courts.
The curriculum is a cognitive behavioral program that focuses on improving problem-solving skills as well as critical thinking to build on strengths and access community resources.
Additionally, programming is offered in education, anger management, parenting, domestic violence and sexual abuse treatment and education..
